Most manufacturing and production managers now recognise that the best solution to any conveying or similar automated production problem is likely to come from specialists in this field.

Edwards Engineering are expert in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of a variety of conveying and production equipment, ranging from simple gravity feed conveyors, to highly sophisticated, fully automated, powered production systems.

These might include a range of gravity roller conveyors; powered roller and belt conveyors, powered roller bends and transfer and tipper table units, such as those shown on the left, which we designed and produced for a major european tyre manufacturer.

We are also adept at devising and implementing a range of highly flexible solutions to clients' individual requirements, including all the necessary operating and control systems.

Typical of these are the powered lift tables and moveable trolley sections we incorporated into the roller conveyor system on this assembly line which we designed and installed for Schiumberger's fuel petrol dispenser manufacturing facility in Dundee.

We are also widely recognised for our ability to devise and carry out major upgrades and modifications to existing systems.

Our skilled engineers provide a variety of customised contract maintenance packages and our experience and flexibility usually allows us to complete much of our work with the minimum of disruption to normal production schedules.
