The unrivalled range of expertise we have gained in over a quarter of a century of working in close partnership with clients in a variety of industries has proved to be invaluable in the demanding field of process engineering.

We are familiar with the complete range of gravity feed, mechanical, pumped and pneumatic systems designed to handle the in plant movement, processing and storage of materials in solid, pelletised, granulated, powdered, or liquid form; including fluidense, dense phase and pulse phase pneumatic conveyors.

Our workshops can manufacture single processing or mechanical handling units or complete systems in a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel; as illustrated by the twin screw silo discharger shown left, and the covered spraying unit for a tyre manufacturer's production line shown left.

We are also adept at devising highly effective solutions to a wide range of process engineering and mechanical handling requirements, using both proprietary and customised systems, and including all necessary monitoring and control equipment.

The prototype mobile barrel stacker, shown left, for example, was designed and manufactured for Barlow Handling and is typical of our imaginative approach, It can be programmed to automatically carry out a wide variety of handling operations in areas where conditions limit the use of conventional equipment.

We also design and install a range of air monitoring, dust extraction and high velocity vacuum cleaning systems, aided by our knowledge of the many safety and hygiene requirements which apply to processing environments, to ensure that these are stringently maintained.
